Absolutely! We'll keep you informed throughout the process. You'll get an email alert one day before your order ships to make any changes to your subscription. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email complete with tracking details.

For standard ground orders placed and pre-authorized Monday-Friday before 12:00 CST, we typically ship within 24-48 hours, pending availability and credit card authorization.
Expedited orders placed and pre-authorized Monday-Friday before 5 p.m. EST are processed and shipped the same day, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization.
Domestic shipping usually takes up to 5 business days.
For foreign shipping, please allow up to 14 business days.
Please note that due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, shipping times may be longer than usual, and we appreciate your understanding.

You can easily update the payment method for your subscriptions directly through your account on our store website. Here’s how to do it:
- Visit our online store and log into your account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Once you're logged in, navigate to the "View Subscriptions" section on the right side within your account dashboard.
- Click on the subscription you wish to update. You will see an box on the right side labeled "Payment".
- In the Payment area, select "Edit". You'll be prompted to enter your new payment details.
- Make sure to save the changes to confirm the update to your payment method. Repeat this for any other subscriptions you want to update the payment method for.

No worries! You have complete control over your subscription. Log in to your account by using the person icon in the top right corner of the website. Click "View My Subscriptions" on the right side once logged in.
Alternatively, you can click here to get a link sent to your email to view your subscriptions. Once on the subscription page, you can pause, cancel, or skip your next order. You will also receive an email 5 days before your subscription order to make any changes. We're here to make it flexible for you.

Currently, The James Clinic does not ship online orders outside of the continental United States.

Cancellation is hassle-free and can be done at any time. Log into your account here, click on "View Subscriptions" select the subscription you wish to cancel, and confirm. You will also receive an email 3 days before being charged to cancel. If you ever decide to return, you can easily reactivate your subscription.
